I redesigned the identity for The Mortgage Partner, building the mark around a bold "TM" monogram with a dimensional look, giving the letterforms weight and permanence. I capped the top of the "T" with a lighter blue plane, suggesting a rooftop and tying the abstract monogram back to home ownership without leaning on a literal house icon. Below, I set "The Mortgage" in blue and "Partner" in black, splitting the wordmark to put visual emphasis on the relationship the company is selling, not just the transaction.
