Web Wireframe
Since the page was a single, self-contained landing page, I designed a low-fidelity wireframe that mapped out all the necessary content upfront, giving me a clear structure to begin building directly in the CMS.
Leaderboard Update
The original leaderboard only displayed a single metric, either dollars or donor count, per tab, limiting how alumni could engage with their class's standing. I partnered with the CMS vendor to mock up and implement an upgraded leaderboard that linked each class year directly to its dedicated page, added "Give Now" buttons inline with each ranking, and renamed the tabs to clearer, action-oriented labels like "Participation" and "Gifts." The result made the leaderboard both more informative and more actionable, letting alumni check their class's progress and give without leaving the page.
Style Guides
To keep the design consistent with USC's brand identity, I created a style guide defining the color palette, typography, and UI components used throughout the prototype.
Front-End Development
I built out a high-fidelity prototype directly on the CMS platform to showcase the design in a fully interactive, near-final state. As part of this, I custom designed the Reunion Cup Challenge and Create a Match or Challenge cards using HTML and CSS, giving alumni clear, visually distinct entry points into the ways they could get involved.

USC Annual Giving is dedicated to fostering philanthropy and engagement within the Trojan community. It connects alumni, donors, and volunteers with meaningful opportunities to support USC’s mission, providing resources and initiatives that drive impactful giving and involvement
The Goal:
Design a Reunions hub anchored by the Reunion Cup Challenge leaderboard, giving each class year a clear, at-a-glance view of where they rank. Pair that with dedicated class pages and a streamlined giving flow, so alumni can check their progress, rally classmates, and give in just a few clicks, turning Homecoming into a season-long celebration of Trojan pride.
